I'm Claire, a Certified Postnatal Doula and Mindful Natal® antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher, based in Tring, Hertfordshire.

Becoming a parent is a life changing experience, one that can be exciting and empowering, but one that might also find you feeling anxious and overwhelmed, alongside a host of other emotions. It’s normal to feel this way, I know I certainly did.

As a postnatal doula and an antenatal teacher, I am here to alleviate those anxieties and help you prepare for a positive pregnancy, birth, and postnatal experience alongside a calm, confident and enjoyable start to parenthood. Whether you're a first-time parent, or you've been here before, I can support you every step of the way.

I believe strongly in the power of personalised care and support and offer bespoke postnatal doula services, alongside antenatal and hypnobirthing courses that are tailored to your own unique choices and needs. I also offer specialised support for the families of premature and NICU babies.
