Antenatal & Hypnobirthing Courses
Award-winning courses from The Mindful Birth Group®
I’m a member of The Mindful Birth Group® and teach group and private Mindful Natal® courses in and around Tring, Hertfordshire and online on Zoom.
This five star rated course on TrustPilot is dubbed by parents as “a modern alternative to NCT”. The Mindful Birth Group® is changing the landscape of antenatal education by being the only course provider to support parents throughout pregnancy through to the first year post-birth with Mindful Natal® courses and the PregnaHub®.
We combine elements of hypnobirthing and mindfulness to support you in feeling calm, confident, and prepared throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postnatal journey, particularly when navigating unexpected turns. Our courses focus on three main elements:
Your Mind
The importance of the mind-body connection and how to use mindfulness techniques to keep calm and in control. For all births and especially during unexpected turns.
Your Body
What the body does in pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery and what it needs us to do to support it, for all birth scenarios.
Your Options
What your options are and how to make informed decisions, using evidence-based information for individual circumstances.
Mindful Natal® Courses
We cover everything you need to have a calm and confident birth experience, however it happens, and we will also support you through your postnatal recovery.
